With YOLOlive, co-living means that you can view and rent room in Singapore at our condominiums at ease - all can be done virtually.
All you need to do is move in with just your luggage. Everything has been arranged for you from the fully furnished apartment, utilities, Wi-Fi to the weekly cleaning - all in just one bill!

What is the minimum duration of my stay?
Our memberships ranges from minimum 3, 6 and 12 months based on your initial needs. If you like the vibes that we create around your living spaces, you are always welcomed to stay longer!
What will the membership include beside the basic rent?
Our membership provides a fully-furnished home, utilities, unlimited Wi-Fi, weekly cleaning and basic supplies, maintenance, access to community events and someone who you can call whenever you have any issues with the living space.
What can i expect to find in a YOLOlive apartment?
Our homes are move-in ready, fully furnished with stylish contemporary furniture, washing machine, kitchen equipment and basic utensils. All you need to do is to bring yourself and your luggage!
Are pets allowed in YOLOlive apartments?
As much as we love animals, our shared apartments currently have a strict no-pets policy. We will review this as we garner more interest among our members.
Is cooking allowed in the house?
Definitely! That is why you chose YOLOlive over a typical room rental. We encourage you to cook together with your flatmates as it is a good bonding activity.
Can i move in as a couple?
Of course! As a couple, you can move into our master bedroom well suited for two
Can i invite my friends and family over?
Yes, you can! Just let us know in advance before you plan to bring your guests. While they are on the premises, guests are your responsibility. Please ensure that your guests adhere to the same rules. Do be considerate and clear any guest visits with your co-sharing members as well. We want everyone to be cool on this!
What documents will YOLOlive require from me?
We'll need a copy of your Passport/ID/IC and a copy of a valid visa/employment pass. That's all!
Is security deposit required?
We do need members to place 1 month equivalent of membership fee as security deposit.
Will my security deposit be refunded immediately after I move out?
If there are no accident or damage cost incurred to you, your deposit will be refunded within the next 7 days after your move-out.
Can I pay my deposit/invoice with a credit card?
Yes, however a 3.8% processing fee will be charged.
Do I need to serve notice if I choose to vacate my apartment?
Whether you’re leaving the country, relocating or would like to change your neighbourhood, you’ll have to inform us 30 days in advance.
Do I pay my membership fee monthly?
Yes. Your rent is paid monthly, at the start of every month using direct debit. When you receive your licence agreement after paying your deposit, you’ll also receive instructions to set up this direct debit. It’s super easy!

How many people will I be staying with?
Our apartments typically has 3, 4 and 5 bedrooms. For master bedroom, it can sleep up to 2 persons, and for standard bedroom, it can sleep 1-2 persons depending on the apartment configuration. We will list the maximum occupants in every apartment listing in our website.
